Currently a developer/ database analyst in Financial Planning Initiative. Develop applications for field agents and managers in order to assist them in creating Financial Products for clients. Previously involved in AXA Client Solutions post college rotational training program. Each rotation immersed as a team member, in mission critical assignments. Responsibilities have included application development, analysis, design, documentation, as well as making suggestions for product procurement. Each project also provided an in depth look into the strategic business teams that our teams supported.

help team which helps a client base of over 30,000 users from all facets
of the university
with various IT related issues as well as entrusted with
security clearance to the mainframe, password resets, handling
policy issues and writing original help documents for both
clients and consultants to access. Organization received
Exemplary Achievement Award for improving customer satisfaction
within the University.

The Gunnery School, Washington, CT
Hired to install and customize the school store's computer
system. This involved both hard and software installation, data
entry, troubleshooting, purchasing, security, phone operation,
as well as the accountability, and control of over $50,000 worth
of inventory. Also assisted in the pricing of goods, in
addition to learning responsibility by being own boss. Was
rehired as an intern for the winter break to help implement
software upgrades, design ID cards, as well as set up school
store manager with easy to use HTML like Help document, for
future reference and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities include developing a web form, for New York voters to contact their city council member, asking their council member to vote in favor of this bill as well as attending events in order to stir up support for this bill. Citi: Community Information Technology Institute, Volunteer
Organization
that offers IT solutions for non-profit organizations in the
Syracuse Area. From December 1998 until June 1999 was a project leader with a staff in
charge of the documentation, and users manual for a web-based interface that will link
to an SQL database for the United Way's Outcome Based Reporting program.
